Domestic U.S. Shipping

All U.S. orders over $100 ship free. For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $7.50 applies.

Orders placed before 2 PM EST usually ship the same business day. In some cases of high volume, they’ll ship the next business day — never later than that.

Transit time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

We aim to ship your order in one package. However, depending on inventory and location, items may ship separately. This doesn’t affect your shipping cost.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping for a limited selection of products. Here's how it works:

Products eligible to ship internationally on their own:

• Tennis Pro Bag
• Pickleball Pro
• Backpacks
• Training Kit

Products eligible to ship only when bundled with one of the above are below. 

• Packing Cubes

To keep things straightforward: if your cart contains only accessories like overgrips or dampeners without a qualifying bag or training kit, international shipping will not be available at checkout.

Note: Eligibility is subject to stock availability. If a product in your cart is not eligible for international shipping at the time of purchase, you won’t be able to check out with it.

We understand international shipping can be costly — that’s why we cover 20–40% of the cost to help offset the burden.

For added peace of mind, all international shipments include shipping insurance at no extra cost. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you’re covered.

International orders must ship in full. If any item is out of stock, you’ll have two options:

1. Remove the unavailable item for a refund, and we’ll ship the rest.
2. Wait until the item is restocked, and we’ll ship your order in full.
