Domestic U.S. shipping
All continental U.S. orders over $100 ship free. Orders under $100 carry a flat $7.50 shipping fee.
Orders placed before 10 AM EST typically ship the same business day. At our busiest, they still ship the next business day, never later.
Transit time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.
We aim to ship your order in one package. Depending on inventory and location, items may ship separately at no extra cost to you.
International shipping
We currently offer international shipping for a limited selection of products.

If your cart contains only accessories like overgrips or dampeners without a qualifying bag or training kit, international shipping won’t be available at checkout.
Eligibility is subject to stock. If an item in your cart isn’t eligible at time of purchase, you won’t be able to check out with it.
International shipping isn’t cheap, so we cover 20–40% of the cost. Every international shipment also includes insurance at no extra charge. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, you’re covered.
International orders ship in full. If an item is out of stock, choose to Remove the unavailable item for a refund, and we'll ship the rest., or wait until it’s restocked and we’ll ship your order complete.

International bag shipping runs $50–$100 depending on destination, with delivery in 4–20 business days.

Yes, to a limited number of countries, for select products only.
Which products can ship internationally?
Tennis Pro Bag, Pickleball Pro, backpacks, and the Training Kit can ship on their own. Packing Cubes can only ship when bundled with one of those.
What countries does ADV ship to?
UK, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, France, Netherlands, Sweden, and Spain. Southeast Asia customers should contact ADV's distributor, UpGear.
Is international shipping insured?
Yes — all international shipments include insurance at no extra cost.
What happens if an item in my international order is out of stock?
You can Remove the unavailable item for a refund, and we'll ship the rest. or wait and have the full order ship together once restocked.
