Domestic U.S. shipping

All continental U.S. orders over $100 ship free. Orders under $100 carry a flat $7.50 shipping fee.

Orders placed before 10 AM EST typically ship the same business day. At our busiest, they still ship the next business day, never later.

Transit time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

We aim to ship your order in one package. Depending on inventory and location, items may ship separately at no extra cost to you.

International shipping

We currently offer international shipping for a limited selection of products.

If your cart contains only accessories like overgrips or dampeners without a qualifying bag or training kit, international shipping won’t be available at checkout.

Eligibility is subject to stock. If an item in your cart isn’t eligible at time of purchase, you won’t be able to check out with it.

International shipping isn’t cheap, so we cover 20–40% of the cost. Every international shipment also includes insurance at no extra charge. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, you’re covered.

International orders ship in full. If an item is out of stock, choose to remove it for a refund and we’ll ship the rest, or wait until it’s restocked and we’ll ship your order complete.

1. Rates exclude customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which may be collected on delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.
