Product Availability

I've been eyeing a specific colorway but it's showing as out of stock. When will it be back?


Our restocks usually happen in the spring and fall. To receive the most accurate information, go to the product you're interested in and select the Notify Me button on the page. That way you'll be first to know if inventory lands earlier than expected. We can't reserve units, but we'll make sure you're in the loop.
Shipping Information

Do you ship internationally, and how much does it cost?


Yes, we ship internationally for select products, including our Tennis V3 Pro Bag, Pickleball Pro, Backpacks, and Training Kit. We cover 20–40% of the international shipping cost, so example rates for bags run roughly $40 to Canada, $65 to the UK or Europe, and $100 to Australia. Delivery typically takes 5–20 business days depending on destination. Note that local customs duties and import fees are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our rates. Warranty Claims

My bag has a defect. Am I covered under warranty?


ADV bags come with a 10-Year Limited Warranty covering defects that affect the bag's core functionality. To get the process started, submit your claim at returns.getadv.com. Our team will review the details and follow up. We'll need a description of the issue and photos, so have those ready when you submit.
Order Status

I just placed my order. How do I track it?


Tracking information is available within 2 business days of your order date. Once it's ready, you'll receive it via email. If it's been more than 2 business days and you still don't see anything, reach out and we'll look into it for you.
Promotion & Discounts

My promo code isn't working at checkout. What should I do?


A few things to try: clear your browser cache, switch to a desktop browser, or paste the link into an incognito window. Promo codes also can't be stacked, only one code per order. If it still isn't working, share the code and the product you're trying to apply it to and we'll sort it out for you.
Order Edits

I just placed my order and need to make a change. Is that possible?


If it's been less than 2 hours since you placed your order and it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to make the change. Reach out as quickly as possible. Once an order is in the fulfilment pipeline, we can't guarantee modifications. If it's already shipped, you're welcome to return or exchange it once it arrives (returns.getadv.com).
Split Shipments

My order arrived but something isn't in the box. What should I do?


First, check whether the rest of your order is on the way. Accessories often travel in a separate package, especially when they ship from a different warehouse, so a second tracking number may already be in your inbox. If everything was supposed to arrive together and something's actually missing, send us a photo of what you received, a description of what's not there, and your order number. Our team will investigate and follow up quickly.
