Together, these answers are the official rules for this giveaway.

Who can enter

Legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of ADV, PATL, Zeus, [Paddle brand], Skinletics and Momentous, and their immediate families and households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

When does it start and end

Entries open November 5, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and close November 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Entries submitted outside that window are not eligible.

How do I enter

Pick the sports you play, enter your email, then tell us your name. That is the entire entry. Any further questions are optional and do not affect your chance of winning. No purchase is necessary and a purchase does not improve your chance of winning.

How does the second entry work

Follow PATL on Instagram and comment on PATL's giveaway post, tagging the person you play with. That earns one additional entry. The follow and comment must come from the Instagram handle supplied at entry, and the bonus entry is subject to verification at the time of drawing.

What are the prizes

One grand prize winner receives a loaded ADV bag (approximate retail value $400), a Skinletics Light Therapy Recovery Patch ($345), the Momentous racquet sports performance stack ($315), and one racquet or paddle of the winner's choice: a customizable tennis racket provided by Zeus ($400+), a pickleball paddle provided by [Paddle brand] ([$]), or a padel racket provided by PATL ($400+). Total approximate retail value of the grand prize is $1,460+. Each of the three runners-up receives an ADV hat, a Skinletics crossbody bag, Momentous creatine and a year of Timeshifter, with an approximate retail value of $113 each.

How are winners selected and contacted

Winners are drawn at random by ADV from all eligible entries on December 3, 2026, and notified by email at the address they entered with. A winner has seven days to respond before an alternate is drawn.

Do I owe taxes

Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the value of what they receive. Where the prize value requires it, ADV will ask the winner to complete a W-9 before the prize is released.
