- PRINT — On bags, using a print process built to look cohesive with the rest of your ADV gear.
- EMBROIDERY — On the cap and towel, because thread holds up to the wash cycle better than ink.
How long does personalization take?
About 8 days. Then you'll be notified when your item is shipped (most items ship in 2-3 business days in the continental US).
Can I cancel or modify personalized orders?
Notify us immediately of a change. Once personalization begins we cannot cancel an order. We usually hold the order and start personalizing 24 hours after the order has been placed.
Will personalized items ship with non-personalized items?
We will ship personalized items separately as they will come from a separate facility that manages our personalization service.
What are my personalization options (fonts, colors, character limits)?
We offer two fonts: Bebas or Cooper Black. You can see each of these fonts on the items that allow for personalization. We offer 2-3 colorways, a midnight (black), silver, or a tonal option. The character limits depend on the item. For the Midnight Pro V3 for example, you have a character limit of 15. We also offer different icons, mostly flags, on our items.
Are personalized products eligible for returns/exchanges?
Since these items have been customized to a specific player, we do not offer returns or exchanges for personalized gear.
