We approach organization by giving your belongings their own places in the ADV Tennis Backpack V2. Geau Sport has retired the Axiom; its current Verve Tennis Backpack uses a large main compartment and a divider you can fold away. The difference is how you prefer to pack.
We've compared our Backpack V2 specifications and warranty with Geau's published Verve details, checked September 15, 2026. Prices are listed US prices before tax. This is a comparison of features and intended uses, rather than a side-by-side wear, comfort or weather test.

Our backpack has 37L of total storage, including a 20L main compartment. Geau reports 34L for its main compartment alone. Compare the layout and dimensions with your usual load, since these figures describe different spaces.

Materials and warranty: read beyond the headline
The warranty term matters. What the policy covers matters more.
We use a coated 500D KODRA nylon shell and YKK RC zippers on our Backpack V2. Geau specifies coated 600D recycled polyester with a water-repellent finish and YKK zippers. A larger fabric number alone doesn't tell you which bag will resist abrasion better; the material and construction matter too.
During the original ADV Pro development, we evaluated materials against a rainy bike ride and being dragged across a clay court before selecting KODRA nylon. That decision is documented in our bag development story.
We back our bags with ten years of functional coverage during normal use, with cosmetic wear and other exclusions. Our warranty policy distinguishes a component that stops working from a bag that looks used. Authorized purchases qualify; renewed bags have a separate policy.
Geau automatically provides one year of limited coverage. Register within 30 days to extend it to lifetime coverage for defects in materials and workmanship. Its policy excludes normal wear and tear, including fabric abrasion or fraying over time, and requires proper zipper care for zipper-related coverage. That is a meaningful difference in scope, despite the longer term.
Neither policy predicts how long your particular bag will last. Keep your receipt, read the exclusions and, if you choose Geau, complete the registration promptly.
Which backpack for which part of your week
No bag is perfect for everything, and neither of these is. Each one has a focus, so the useful question is which parts of your week it has to cover. Here are the two backpacks side by side for the three that matter: on court, off court and everyday, and travel.
On court

The luggage loop and a separate laptop sleeve earn their place at the airport. Check your airline's personal-item limits against either bag's dimensions before you fly.
When our Backpack V2 is worth the extra $60
If you bring a computer to work and drinks and snacks to tennis, our separate laptop sleeve and cooler have clear jobs in your day. We added the cape and luggage loop for the trips in between. Those are practical reasons to choose our backpack, and you should expect to use them regularly to get the most from it.
If you prefer Geau's divider and external shoe pockets, its lower price can make sense for your routine. Before you decide, lay out your usual work-and-tennis load. If you want a dedicated place for the computer, shoes, snacks and damp clothes in that pile, we built our Backpack V2 for you.
